To order online please use the KIBO Order Form, which is an Acrobat PDF file.

You will need Acrobat Reader to use this order from. Acrobat Reader is a free application for reading PDF files. If you do not have Acrobat Reader installed you can download the latest version by clicking on the Acobat icon below.

Please open the KIBO Order Form.pdf in Acrobat Reader 8 or later. You can fill in the form on your computer. When you have finalized your order press the SEND button at the bottom of page 3. The form will be sent via email to KIBO. Because payment is not secure via email your credit card information will be taken by phone.

Ordering via Mail
You can also print the KIBO Order Form and send it by mail with your credit card information or a cheque. Please click here for a print version of the KIBO Order Form. Contact us by email or phone for the mailing address and shipping charges for your order.
